Although billed as "Edgar Allan Poe's Haunted Palace," and Poe indeed penned a poem of that title; the script is clearly drawn from the work of another horror icon: H. P. Lovecraft. It can currently be watched online or cast to a television on Dailymotion. This was directed by Roger Corman, and also starred Lon Chaney Jr. and Debra Paget--this was to be her last film before she retired from the industry.
