It's a film from 1983; it sort of feels like it wants desperately to be in the 1970's, though one year later would give us a similarly themed film C.H.U.D., this one really feels like it belongs to an earlier era. Surprisingly starring both José Ferrer and Martin Landau (who a little over a decade later would go on to win an Oscar for his role in Ed Wood)
