I agree. I love the Darry Jenner/Justin Long hollow eyes face mask at the end...the demon zombies thingy went all Ed Gein/Hannibal Lecter on him! I'm also a sucker for horror movie that involve car chases....
One of the creepiest scenes of any horror movie for me is in this one. When they are driving by the old church and see the Creeper with the body - and then the Creeper stops and watches them as they watch him - egad, things like that just freak me out!
For sure! It's so in your face, that you kinda do a double take the first time you see it! Like, "did I just what I thought I saw??" The whole film is Spooky Spooky Fun!
I love this movie. People give it shit, but I think it is great and love that it doesn't back down at the end.
