Mega Shark vs. Crocosaurus

Had to figure that after the Sharknado movies that thing were not likely to get much classier...  But, hell!  We get to see Urkel open up a can of "whup ass" on a giant shark!!  Besides I love a good monsters duke it out low-budget!
