One of the main reasons for doing a Florida day for the Countdown was to fit in the Season 4 premier of American Horror Story and it's season focus of freaks and freak shows. We, to this day, still have some freak communities is central FLA. This 2nd season episode of The X-Files is supposedly set in one of those communities--and features some real modern freaks and geeks.
