Chief Thomas (Tommy) Delk, portrayed by the ever handsome Courtney B. Vance, finally emerges as the Mayor's choice for the LAPD head honcho job., ending the season plot arch that pitted Brenda against Pope in a rather silly bid by the both of them for the job. Hey, at least Brenda made the short list!!
