The Headless Horseman Cocktail
1 highball glass
2 oz. Blavod
3 dashes of your favorite bitters
Ginger Ale
Fill highball glass with ice (or use the above pictured Collins glass, if you really like ginger ale).
Pour in the blavod and bitters, mix. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with whatever you think is spooky. Above a blood orange wedge is pictured. One Halloween trick is to freeze olives in ice cubes, then let melt a bit--add to drinks, instant eyeballs.
