Okay, he's not evil, after all it's not entitled "Evil Santa", but still....really...!! Love the director's cut of this! It was really the intended version for release, but the studio execs demanded substantial changes because they saw it as a "being too raunchy"--which translates into "it won't make us enough money"; so the compromised theatrical release is really a completely different film! Like this one soooo much more!
