This is a really simple cocktail; but it is oh so striking!! With the soda water thinning out the orange taste of the curacao, it should be refreshing too. I haven't tried it, but it looks too cool not to do so soon!
The Iceberg
Highball glasses
Ice
3/4 oz Blue Curacao
Soda water (that's just plain club soda)
Blavod to top
1. Fill highball with ice and pour in the blue stuff.
2. Pour in the soda water to come 2/3rds of the way up the glass, then give a quick stir.
3. Slowly float the blavod on top to fill the glass. Add a swizzle stick for stirring.
