This is by far my favorite episode in this British made mini-series! Any excuse that I have, I'll throw it on! It does have some deep seas shark activity, especially in the form of the sixgill shark. But it's not the sharks that are menacing looking creatures at this depth!! Here bioluminescence rules, and some of the angler fish that use it to catch a meal or two are truly terrifying in appearance...never mind weird squid like the Vampire, Gulper Eels and weird glowing Jellies. Anglerfish are just plain strange creatures, period!
