Probably, the strangest of all the pelagic sharks are the Hammerheads. Hammerheads are actually a family of sharks, all sharing the distinctive shovel face shape that resembles, well, a hammer. The family includes at least 8 distinct animals, some with name as colorful as Hammerhead itself, such as: Bonnethead and Scoophead!
