I Guess Spring Is Officially Here

Anyone who knows me understands that I crazy about early film in general and silent film in particular.  This little film from Russian stop motion animator Ladislaw Starewitch is not exactly the early of the earliest, dating from 1958.  But it is an important example of the his later work (in France, where he was exiled, after fleeing the revolution in Russian that produced the USSR).  Any way, at least one viewer on You Tube commented that this is indeed scary in places.  It certainly has a heck of bunny!  I am going to link this post to a newer blog Silent Wierdness (yeah is spelled wrong on purpose).
