Season 10 Cast: The Return Of Sara Sidle

Jorja Fox's character Sara Sidle returns with a vengeance in the premier episode of season 10, "Family Affair".  Leaving off the real time rating issue that lead to bringing Fox back into the cast, and just looking at it purely from a character point of view, Sidle does indeed fit right back into the cast comfortably, despite that Grissom (now her husband lecturing in France) is absent.  She gets along famously with Dr. Ray; though it is a bit hard to understand how a newly married couple could handle a situation like this, no matter how unconventional or just plain weird they...and Grissom and Sidle are certainly the odd couple.  The best shot of Sara in action all season for me, comes at the end of "Family Affair," when she and Nick turn all wild west on some guys stealing a homeless man from the morgue, and shoot up the van they are fleeing in.  Having said all that, I am one of a minority of CSI fans that genuinely missed the quirky character of Riley, and find it very hard to imagine that she would write such a scathing analysis of the lab management...that's just sloppy TV writing.

CSI: Season 10 Cast Member

Henry Andrews is the embodiment of the "lab nerd," making even Hodges look some what edgy.  He gets full attention in season 10 as the victim of a birthday gag in Appendicitement (10.09). Although he's been a cast member since Season 5 and is the lab's toxicology expert and also had a role in tampering around with the miniatures in Grissom's office (thanks to Hodges), he really remained a kind of "invisible character" until the infamous BQ kidnap on his Dec. 3 birthday.  In season 10 he sports a crush on fellow lab rat Wendy and reveals (and this is important...) that he is allergic to eggplant.  So, since he doesn't get a lot of attention--here's a few pics of him
