Theme Recipe: Cocktail Eyeballs



Radish Cocktail Eyeballs

These are easy, but pretty effectively gruesome looking!  

Round radishes
Pimento stuffed green olives
Vegetable peeler and/or paring knife
Freezer

Take a radish and peel it in such a way as to leave some of the red peeling is left to resemble veins.  With the end of the vegetable peeler or with a small knife, hollow at the end of each radish.  Poke a whole or half green olive into each hole.  Place stuffed radishes in the freezer and freezer completely.  Use in place of ice cubes!
