Halloween Chocolate Crunch:
This is as easy as any Halloween recipe gets!!
1 1/2 cup crushed corn chips (don't crush them too much)
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Wax paper lined cookie sheet
1. Put the chocolate in a double boiler, after the water has been brought to a simmer. Slowly melt the chocolate, stirring constantly.
2. Remove from heat and stir in the corn chips, and place large tablespoons on the wax paper. Let harden. May do the under refrigeration. Or pour the mixture onto the wax paper, chill and break into pieces. May mix with candy corns or leave plain. For variation, vary the chocolate, add some spices or add nuts.
