Another film that is set during the new year that never makes lists online about films that are set during the new year. Yes this is a remake of a John Carpenter iconic L.A. film, and I am a HUGE fan of Carpenter; but in it's own way this is a re-imagining of his film and it just happens to be set on New Years Eve and during a snow storm. Love Fishburne in this actually. Happy New Year!
