Another annual rite of passage for the New Year--the film starts out at a New Year's party, with Dr. Death himself: Paul Toombes aka Mr. Vincent Price. Love the Dr. Death costume! The film is currently on Amazon Prime and a pretty decent print can be currently be found on Dailymotion.
I agree they did a really good job with VC makeup and the costume as well.
