Doing a 70's horror fest is just an excuse to view this train wreck of a movie just for the hell of it. For a film with such an all star cast....it really is a mess of a film, with a screenplay that is hard to figure would have been green-lit under any other circumstances, other than it being a the sequel to one the best films of the decade, and one of the best horror films of all time.
