I first watched this movie when it was briefly on Amazon Prime thinking that it was just going to another stupid western horror movie along the same vein as Copperhead (2008); I was pleasantly surprised to find that it's actually a really good western and a really decent horror film to boot. It has got to be the only western horror films that I have seen that actually features a Native language, in this case Lakota. The late native activist/actor/musician Russell Means son Tatanka is amongst the Native actors.
