Bernard Quartermass (Andrew Keir) is back on the case after a mysterious artifact is found in London. The artifact begins to effect people in strange and, shall we say, psychedelic ways. This is no old German missile! This film has a decidedly Lovecraftian bent to it. Also known as Five Million Years to Earth, I highly recommend it, if you can find it.
